When Paedia Express Multimedia was informed about what looked like culpable homicide superficially ,we swung into action and when we got to the scene of the crime ,at least by bird’s eye view about 80 workers of the company were seen standing in front of there compound looking worried a week after the incident.
They were united in informing this reporter that they were surprised that despite the order from the state government ordering the closure of the outfit till investigations into the death of the worker and some of there complains are  looked into the company was still in production as at press time.
They accused some of there colleagues of betraying there trust by working  because of there love money when they were protesting inhumane treatments which has led to the death of one of there colleagues.
A security officer from the anti –riot unit of the Nigerian Police told this reporter that it was untrue that the firm was still in production as it was shut 24 hours before by the Lagos state government
Workers stated in a letter to Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola of Lagos to do something urgently about there plight as they were been molested and treated as slaves by Chinese officials in their own land.
They said:“27 point, this could be referred to as one of the stringent measures used by the management to compel workers to come to work even if they are under ill health ‘they delay salaries for no good reasons, poor medical facilities ,indiscriminate termination of employment ,poor working conditions, unrealistic target set up for all including pregnant women”
The statement ended with the workers appealing to the Governor of the state  to use his good position to prevail on then Board and management of the company on the need to urgently respond to these set of issues now tearing the company apart.
