Governor of Ondo State,Nigeria,Dr
Olusegun Rahman Mimiko has been tagged suicidal in his recent cross over to the
ruling Peoples Democratic Party ,[PDP]
In an exclusive interview with
Paedia Express Multimedia in Lagos, Nigeria in his home in Lagos, Nigeria, a grass root politician ,Mr Olusoji Ajioye wondered
why Nigerian politicians lacked principles.
He explained that if he was in
Governor Mimiko’s shoes he would have stayed back to strengthen democracy via
opposition politics by making the Labour Party a better place rather then
jumping ship.
He paid a glowing tribute to the
likes of General Muhammadu Buhari , Alhaji Rasheed Ladoja among others for providing a ready
alternative for the electorates as a far
as Nigerian politics was concerned .
He noted that it was not too late
for the Governor to retrace his steps
back to the Labour Party as he was
sure that he will regret his movement to the juicy looking PDP very soon.
