Tall and handsome looking Abuja Dude and politician turned human Rights activist ,Mr Dino Melaiye was a practicing muslim in the past.

Though from a christain background,he hails from  Ogori Magongo in Kogi state but actually had his formative years in the North as a youngster and a teenager .

He has an excellent grasp of the Hausa Language ,speaks good Arabic Language and also possesses a strong retentive memories of the Holy Quran.

This reporter was at the Charity and Faith Church in Samaru ,Zaria in 1998 when he told Christains in the Church the story of his life as a muslim.

In Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria ,Mr Dino Melaiye was a student of the Geography Department and even at School showed an excellent traits of civil rights related issue orientation  hence its not surprising that he has since gone ahead to become a thorn in the flesh of the class of the oligarchy to which he even belongs to.
