Mr Shedrack Akpan,a bailiff from the National Industrial Court,Lagos,Nigeria pastes court documents to show summons as defendants:Robbs Communications Network Limited have repeatedly refused to appear in court in a multi-million naira suit slapped against them by Mr Abdulmumini Adeku,a former staff over the refusal to pay his salaries and emoluments.
Both parties are expected to meet again on the January 27th,2015 as the case resumes in the new year.
