UNDER AN INTERIM NATIONAL GOVERNMENT ARRANGEMENT,PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN WILL SACK THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY,RULE BY MARTIAL LAW AND DECLARE A STATE OF EMERGENCY TO RETAIN POWER IF AN ELECTION DOES NOT HOLD BETWEEN NOW TILL MAY,29TH,2015
Except if anything put of the ordinary happens between now
and the end of month of March,2015 in Nigeria there may be no form of general elections
In a special investigation conducted by Paedia Express
Multimedia in Lagos,Nigeria ,it was discovered that a new political party was actually registered and launched on the 6th
of March,2015.
The party simply called Young Democratic Party is been
promoted by previously unknown quantity in Nigerian politics.
An impeccable source told this reporter that he believes
that the new political party was part of
a plot by the ruling Peoples Democratic Party to scuttle the elections.
He explained that wit the way things stands now and the
attendant security problems in Nigeria if either General
Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress wins or the incumbent , Dr
Goodluck Jonathan there will be a crisis in the polity .
According to the source, constitutionally the Young Democratic
Party will need at least 90 days to do things like appointments ,elect party officials ,hold primaries and conventions with less than three weeks to the polls.
Now a major constitutional
crisis is in the offing in Nigeria as it is believed that the Young Democratic Party
will surely go to court to challenge the veracity of an election without there
names on the ballot papers and other electioneering documentations.
The source noted that it was becoming increasingly very
clear that an Interim National Government will be put in place with the
shoeless strategist from Otuoke in
Bayelsa State still on the saddle.
However yet another source debunked this claim in very
strong terms saying that due to the involvement
of the global community and the budget committed
to the polls and the security implications he does not see any problems as the
Independent National Electoral Commission will be compelled to do what is right
for the populace..
The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral
Commission ,Professor Attahiru Jega will be eased out quietly in the inferno
that will be generated by the crisis since he will be completing his tenure
soon.
In a related issue,an impeccable source revealed to Paedia
Express Multimedia about how the desperation of the President made him to sell the
idea of a Vice President to the National Leader of the All Progressives
Congress, Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu
under an interim National Government arrangement but with the latter
turning down the offer.
It would appear that this offer was made as part of the
horse trading the took place during the recent military crack down on Bourdillon Avenue,Ikoyi ,Lagos home of the
political titan as the battle for votes in the 2015 general elections heads for
the law courts with scarlet judges waiting to be bribed.
The source revealed that there were several stash of arm
depot in the South West now which The Presidency in cahoots with the Oodua
Progressive Congress who are supposed to coordinate some violence which will be
fomented by paid state agents.
In an exclusive interview with Paedia Express Multimedia on
the sidelines of the National Industrial Court in Lagos, Barrister Akintola
Taiye Olaniyi said the entire issue was a sad commentary in the history of
Nigerian democracy.
He warned that if the judiciary does not live above board
then he was afraid that bloodbath looms.
His words: “I have already written about it on the social
media, The judge should have made use of
his public policy sense of judgment be telling the promoters of the new party to
wait till after the election but he did
not do that at all”
“There are several corrupt judges on the bench waiting to be
used by the political class and if the president is willing to pay for it, why not”
Barrister Olaniyi explained that he does not think the
President was afraid of losing the elections since he already knows that the
handwriting on the wall was not to his advantage but quickly added that President
Goodluck Jonathan was afraid of losing
power because a General Muhammadu Buhari as President may send him to prison
for corruption.
He continues”There are still several cases of such coming up
in the courts in the next few weeks and
all you need is a dirty judge to deliver a controversial judgment ,I know that
there at least 15 cases regarding the elections”
He listed the case against General Buhari regarding the violence
in 2011,perjury over the Fulani born General school certificate and the case filed by the Seventh Day
Adventist Church over the conduct of polls on Saturdays among several others.
He explained that he suspects that the Independent National
Electoral Commission will be returning back to court via the Appeal Courts over
the controversial ruling in favour of the Young Democratic party which has set
tongues wagging in the last 72 hours nationwide but quickly added that even if
the electoral umpire wins in what may be an accelerated hearing he thinks that
the promoters of the new party will head for the Supreme Court and all of this added
together will surely affect the staging of the elections..
He hinted that the class of oligarchy were not comfortable
with a President Buhari and were doing everything possible to make sure that he
does not come to power because they do not want to go to prison for corruption.
As at press time ,the News Office Desk of Paedia Express
Multimedia has been making efforts at getting in touch with the promoters of
the new battle ship, Young Democratic Party with out much success.
