AN air of possible liquidation and end to operations appear very possible as officials of Roobs Communications continue to run away from the proceedings at the Court Room Five at the National Industrial Court, Lagos Division over the refusal of the company to pay its workers salaries despite been in full opepartions.
Checks by Paedia Express Multimedia shows that the case which was filed in August has already being mentioned on October 15th,November 12th,December 3rd with the petitioner Mr abdulmumini Adeku always been present with his lawyer,Mr Akintola Olaniyi of De Vine Chambers in Lagos.
On the 18 of November the duo were in the court to correct earlier lapses done by the bailiff department on the service summon sent to the defendants wrongly in the initial instance but up till press time, nothing has made the latter to change its posture not to attend the court sitting.
In a related issue,Dr Pius Odubu who has been in court with The Premier for the past three years has vowed to get his pound of flesh against them come what may.
In a suit registered at the Benin High Court  and to be determined by Justice J.O Okeaya Inneh ,it is believed if the current trends in both situations continue then both petitioners against The Premier will go ahead to get justice by default as the defendants have continue to fail to appear in court.
