HOW QUICKLY THINGS CHANGE IN LIFE,WILSON ORUMA SMILES AT FANS DURING HIS ACTIVE DAYS AS A NIGERIAN FOOTBALL STAR

Lawyers acting at the behest of the family of Nigerian Football International now in retirement have suddenly taken to there heels after initially sending threat messages to the press that they will sue because of revelations by Mr Dapo Sotuminu,Sports Editor of the New Telegraph  Newspapers that Wilson Oruma ,was mentally sick.

Oruma one of Nigeria’s most accomplished football stars of the 1980’s and the 1990’s had been mentally sick for the past two years thus requiring a psychiatric check up.

In an exclusive interview with Paedia Express Multimedia in his office in Lagos,Nigeria ,Mr Sotuminu lamented the pitiable state of the Ex Niegrian football star when he spotted him recently.

He explained to this reporter that about three lawyers called him up to tell him they will take him to court on the matter for daring to expose the issue of there client but in a reversal of fortunes those same lawyers have buckled under the weight of evidence when they saw their clients pictures with Mr Sotuminu.

He accused the family of not wanting the football star to get well so that they can continue to feed fat on his wealth and this was why they were reluctant to expose the issue.

His words:”Oruma has grown so lean,he is now very black in nature and you will also see the spots of where he was chained to the ground in spots  and sores”

“He is been treated with local medicine and I hear his problems started with a pastor who introduced him to some business men who promised to introduce him to an oil deal”

“he later found out that those business men that were introduced to him were not germaine and all efforts to retrieve his money worth a cool N1.2billion which he invested in the oil deal that he was promised did not work out “

“The pastor owns a church with a cathedral outlook at the Brown Street Area in Surulere but they are all afraid to expose the pastor  and because they have not exposed the cleric the pastor is in the clear at the moment”

“it was when he discovered that he will not be able to collect his money that he lost his sanity ,from what I do know if his drugs are discontinued he can suffer a relapse as it is extremely serious an issue”

“You know that when somebody becomes mentally sick in Nigeria we do not want to be associated with it but mental sickness is not too different from Malaria Fever as it is a case of blood touching the brain”

He assured that as at press time,Wilson oruma was beginning to find his rhythm  and his wife was taking care of him at his home in Victoria Garden City in Lagos.
