THE GUARDIAN NEWSPAPERS HEADS FOR THE GUILLOTINE
When Mr Abdulmumini Ireyi Adeku’s newspaper copies got
forged by Mr Debo adeshina and Mr Gbenga Omotosho ,both of whom he worked with
as reporter at The Guardian Newspapers and at The Comet Newspapers he had
thought naively that both incidents were an isolated situation.
Armed with documents to back up his claims, He had swung
into action as he reported to the law enforcement agencies about the level of professional decay in both organization and
how he was serially raped by this men even in the face of his innocence.
The Nigerian Police, Gani Fawenhinmi Chambers, Femi Falana
Chambers, the Nigerian Bar Association’s Human Right Panel ,Kunle Fadipe and
Co, Committee for Defence on Human Rights ,the Nigerian Labour Congress
,Amnesty International,Late Mr Alex Ibru,Lady Maiden Ibru,Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed
Tinubu to mention just a few .
To show the level of rot in the Nigerian system when , Mr
Adeku went to remind Mr Yakubu Denja, Deputy Scribe of the NLC of his petitions
concerning his molestations he promised to beat him up if he called up again.
Barrister Kunle Fadipe now deceased was fully briefed about
the entire incident but for reasons best known to him he accepted to serve The
Guardian Newspapers as an Editorial Board member shortly after fuelling
suggestions of a possible financial inducement to keep him quiet.
As at press time, the fiery human rights lawyer is locked up
under the bowels of the earth six feet under as he was eliminated in July this
year.
Abdulmumini Ireyi Adeku sensing the treachery of the entire
system had used his journalism to churn out over a dozen exclusive reports of
the carnage in the newsrooms in Nigeria with only the attendant presence of the
social media making the one man campaign to finally begin to get some bite
after several years of clapping with one finger.
He even started to burn the effigy of the newspapers in a
one man public protest but this did not change the situation and up till now
,the perverts in those organizations are still very much in charge.
Bribes were paid in both firms, promotions were hurriedly arranged
to cover up as Mr Adeku started a rebellion which has grown in leaps and bounds
till date
Then recently during a press conference at the Peoples
Democratic Party Primaries held at Yard 158 in Oregun ,a senior Editor of one
of Nigeria newspapers, Mr Lekan Osiade complained bitterly about and how recently it had to query its editor
,Deacon Martins Oloja about an issue relating to poor editorial judgment.
To put this to test,Paedia Express Multimedia brought a copy
of The Guardian Newspapers to try to investigate to see whether it was true or
not, amazingly ,it was discovered that company was only living on borrowed times
as it was past its prime.
In The Guardian Newspaper published on the 12th
of December,2014,facts showed beyond every reasonable measures that this
company should not be in operations at all.
It tried to water an interview which Alhaji Balarabe Musa
gave to a cross section of the Nigerian media which was also published by
Hallmark Newspapers on the same day.
In Hallmark Newspaper report which Paedia Express published
its extract previously, Alhaji Musa ,Former Governor of Kaduna State known for
his transparency had stated very clearly that though he had a great respect for
General Muhammadu Buhari but he did not think that he will measure to people ‘s
expectations because all the people in All Progressive Congress were odious .
The Guardian in its own report glossed over the crux of
the editorial superficially thus making
it look like a sundry matter without the punchy critism of the APC embedded in
the report .
In the same publication on page 53,Mr Yakubu Datti ,General
Manager of the Corporate Communications of the Federal Airports Authority of
Nigeria had lampooned The Guardian for not been factual in its report.
He took a swipe at the editors of the brand for not doing
enough research before publishing there reports ,citing a recent case of a
report in which the image maker argued that Nigerian Airports were not the
worst in Africa.
As at 12th of December,2014,with the full
knowledge of law enforcement agencies ,the owners of this companies, Eluemuno
Emeka Izeze,a self proclaimed pastor in the Deeper Life Christian Ministries is
still the Managing Director of The Guardian Newspapers ,Mr Debo Adeshina has
even been promoted as the Editor In chief of the paper,so is Deputy Editor and
pot bellied, Chief Ade Ogidan.
Others who molested and robbed Mr Adeku like Mr Gbenga
Omotosho was later absorbed by The Nation Newspapers where Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed
Tinubu is known to hold sway.
Now things are so bad now that this isolated issue,Mr Adeku
experienced is now a culture firmly rooted in the system, how sad.
