INJURED TO REMAIN FOR HAJJ,AS NIGERIAN CHRISTIAN READY TO ACCEPT ISLAM FOR N10MILLION

Authorities will provide special vehicles to enable injured pilgrims to still attend the mandatory Hajj.Saudi governor of Mecca region Khaled al-Faisal recently inspected the site of a crane that crashed onto the Grand Mosque of Saudi Arabia’s holy Muslim city of Mecca on 12 September, 2015. .


A total of 107 people were killed and about 280 were injured when a construction crane collapsed onto pilgrims praying in the Haram below.

Saudi Arabia's King Salman visited various hospitals in Mecca where injured pilgrims are being treated.

The king has ordered that vehicles be equipped with all the necessary medical equipment, along with well-trained staff, to make sure all patients can attend the mandatory pilgrimage.

He has also vowed to find out exactly what caused the incident which occurred during bad weather.

During the Hajj, pilgrims travel to various sites in the kingdom.

Millions of pilgrims will attend the Hajj this year, which will begin on 22 September.  

INJURED PILGRIMS DISCHARGED 

Health officials say 95 of the people injured have been discharged from hospital.

The General Directorate for Health Affairs says the nationalities of those killed are slowly being released with reports of Britons, Indians, Malaysians and Pakistanis being among those who lost their lives.

No South Africans are among the fatalities.

Reports say health officials were swift in dealing with the tragedy as they have been trained to handle such situations during the hajj.

Meanwhile the Meteorology Department in Saudi Arabia says the bad weather in the Mecca is likely to continue until Tuesday.

A warning about the weather was issued on Thursday last week, a day before the crane collapsed. 
In a related issue the local press in Nigeria had said that at least three Nigerians were involved in the unfortunate incident thus raising questions on the level of safety measures put in place to protect pilgrims from around the world despite billions of dollars raised in Faith Tourism by Saudi Arabian Authorities on a yearly basis.
Meanwhile a Nigerian Christian has told Paedia Express Multimedia’s news Desk exclusively recently that he was ready to accept Islam for a princely sum of N10million.
His words:”in whatever you do you must show a lot of commitment , there are muslims who are willing to spend their last dime on the faith but in Christendom  most of our leaders spend the money on themselves and their immediate families”
“if I become a Muslim the aim is to serve God just as am doing as  a Christian ,the Bible and the Quran are similar in nature “
“How can you tell a man who is hungry to remain a Christian when a Muslim is doling out cash to woo him or her “
“as am talking to you right now journalist this is what is happening in the Eastern Part of Nigeria Mr Victor Sunday Oduah said that it was high time people learn to change their behaviors  and wondered who a  pastor who does not care about the welfare of his members sincerely pray for his salvation.
According to him ,Abakaliki in Ebonyi state now has the largest Muslim Community in the Eastern part of Nigeria .
