The Punch Newspapers in a move considered unprecedented in
the history of press freedom in Nigeria since 2004 has thrown its full weight
behind the Founder of Paedia Express Multimedia ,Mr Abdulmumini Ireyi Adeku
whose editorial material were deliberately altered in an act of human savagery
at The Guardian ,The Comet and The Nation Newspapers in a period spanning 2004
to 2005 by senior gatekeepers in the respective organizations.
The Punch Newspapers long known for its harvests of awards
,nominations and recognition in Nigerian, African and global Journalism unlike most Nigerian media firms decided to set aside personal and refused vehemently
at celebrating the success of their two reporters at this year’s CNN African
Media Awards.
Ordinarily it would have been a time for The Punch
Newspapers to use the CNN award as an avenue at marketing its brand but the manner
in which Mr Debo Adeshina ,Editor-in-Chief of The Guardian Newspapers was chosen
ahead of other experienced and transparent journalists suggests that something
was seriously wrong as the latter is a fugitive on the run looking for
supporters to co-opt to his evil games.
Officials at The Guardian Newspapers who have been tracking the
social media profile of Mr Adeku,his company: Paedia Express Multimedia
,website ,the Google BlogSpot, quickly swung into action on the 14th
of September ,2015 as soon as they saw a report titled:”Press war in Nigeria: inside
the evil clan ,by equally publishing a report of its own targeted at damage
control titled :The Guardian honors reporter for hard work.
Investigations showed that officials of the self proclaimed
flagship of the Nigerian press had quickly tried to manage the crisis of the
publication by proving to all that all was well in their midst as they honored
Mr Chuckwuma Muanya,its Health Editor for his performance through the ages in
Rutam House.
No doubt ,Mr Muanya is a brilliant journalist whom even Mr
Adeku has a lot of respect for as a
result of his body of work through the ages but this was not why he was
rewarded but for spurious reasons .
The management of The Guardian Newspapers Limited in showing
that they had not sacked anybody in the firm
so that their friends in corporate and political Nigeria will continue
to send them :gbalamun, through its publication on page 5,dated 15th
of September,2015 referred to Dr Alexander Thomoupoulos as its Chief Operating
Officer, Eluemuno Emeka Izeze as Managing Director, Mr Debo Adeshina as
Editor-In –chief ,Mr Jewel Dafinone as its General Editor, Mr Martins Oloja as
Editor unashamedly in a scam already known to at least not less than 100
million people globally.
The General Editor of The Guardian Newspapers ,Mr Dafinone
while trying to pour cold water over the bad press the firm has suffered over
the forgery scam called what happened to Mr Adeku an error.
He speaks for The Guardian:”earlier, The General Editor,Mr
Jewel Dafinone ,also sued for excellence in work ethics among associates “
“he said just as errors become easily noticeable in
journalism with its attendant criticisms so also does excellence and get easily
noticed and when that happens they should be duly applauded and rewarded so as
to motivate others to do more”
Dafinone did not call for the arrest and prosecution of Mr Abdulmumini

Multimedia despite the latter burning down copies of The Guardian and that of
The Nation Newspapers publicly on two different occasions now.
The look on the face of Mr Martins Oloja,Editor of The
Guardian Newspapers however tells a different story from the robust reportage
on page five of 15th of September,2015,he stood like a statue or
better still a man on his way to be tied to the stakes at a firing range by a
team of soldiers in a firing squad.
Oloja looked like a castrated dog now in heat with no female
partner to mate with ,it was so obvious he was overwhelmed by the occasion.
It was evident that aside from Mr Muanya who really had
nothing at stake and laughed cheerfully like his usual self ,the others were
acting a carefully orchestrated script right from the top most hierarchy of the
company.
Mr Dafinone’s remarks is the clearest response by any
official of the dying brand in at least 11 years of relentless bombardment and
campaign on the matter by Mr Adeku.
Dafinone used the word “Error”in his remarks in trying to
explain away Mr Adeku’s fight on press freedom thus showing that the company
was admitting that they were wrong in the shabby treatment that they handed
over to Mr Ayo Ashaolu, Mr Abdulmumini ireyi Adeku,Mr Peter Demeyin.Mr Dipo
Okubanjoduring the unfortunate incident of 19th of January,2004.
It will appear that Mr Dafinone is suffering from amnesia
,well let’s re-juggle his memory box and others like him again
Once upon a time, Mr Debo Adeshina for reasons best known to
him gave birth to rebellion when he led a group of thieves in a hatchet job
against Mr Adeku in the newsroom at Rutam House while also insisting that Mr
Ayo ashaolu be suspended for replying to a memo which suggested that Mr Adeku
was innocent of trumped-up charges against him and Mr Val Amanze who confessed
to Mr Adeku of been behind the saga was never punished but given a pat on the
back so much so that when he later transferred his services to the Independent
Newspaper group he did not have problems settling into his new place.
In the newsroom crackdown supervised Pastor Emeka Izeze of
Deeper Christian Life Ministry ,Mr Demeyin and Mr Okubanjo had their contracts
revoked on account of their relationship with Mr Adeku based on Demeyin’s
account of what Mr Adeshina told him.
Not done with flexing muscles as to who the true goliath in
the newsroom at Rutam House was unknown
to him he was faced with a David who was willing to stoop low to conquer later
on in life, so Mr Debo Adeshina asked the in house security unit to throw Mr
Adeku out of the compound of The Guardian Newspapers into the yawning and
waiting streets of Isolo in Lagos with noble efforts made by Messrs Abati and Oluwajuyitan
to settle the rift with the documents provided by the victim as his defense all
the time was met with stiff opposition met from Izeze and Adeshina respectively
with the likes of Oketunbi and Ogidan telling them that they were okay in their
actions.
When officials of the Rutam House outfit were told throough
the grapevine that Mr Adeku had declared that the real truth of what took place
on the day of the incident will be told one day,officials conspired with those
at rival firm ,The Comet Newspapers to send him packing again so that the truth
will not be known like they think.
Analysts see the statements credited to Mr Dafinone,a man
still under investigations by Paedia Express Multimedia for sexual harassment
by interns as tactical and deliberate .
The duo of Izeze and Adeshina who were already aware that
they were not popular at the moment and were bad for business did not comment
in the publication of 15th/09/2015 neither did they appear in the
picture published on page 5 of the days production so that their body chemistry will not result
into another exclusive reportage .
Adeku speaks:”it is obvious that they are perverts and we
will not allow this because Nigeria belongs to all and not to some selected
people ,I will take a legal position soon and anybody who knows them should
tell them to leave with their loot otherwise they will go with nothing”
“am however stunned by the decision of the management of The
Punch Newspapers to set aside sentiments for values,they had won two C.N.N
nominations which would have been good
for marketing,I will never forget thisday that the Punch Newspapers decided to honor
poor me”
“I hope to pay them an official visit and personally
congratulate the CNN awardees sometimes in the future but I salute the courage
of The Punch Newspapers”
Adeku continues:”I feel very sorry for Deacon Martins
Oloja,who got caught up in the cross fire,I wish he did not have to be part of
this but I have to fight to get justice for my friends and I if ever I get to
see him I will apologise”
A source speaks:’ It is evident from your
analysis of what you have said that they are on their knees begging the
market but the facts are very clear and they cannot run away from their shadows
as they have to pay for their activities”

The source added Mr Oloja was looking sorrowful in the
picture taken at The Guardian Newsroom because he discovered that he had made a
mistake accepting to serve as an editor of the brand, akinned to entering a “one-chance”
vehicle.
As at press time, officials of rival firm, The Nation
Newspapers have refused to say anything presumably may be due to orders from
Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, it’s real publisher though he uses proxies like Mr
wale Edun among others to sand in the gap for him due to his involvement in
politics.
In the 8th paragraph report of The Guardian
Newspapers on the 15th/09/2015 ,workers whom the company had treated
like slaves for all of living memory were referred to as Associates to give the
impression to an undiscerning consumer of the brand’s commitments
as a good corporate citizen.
But the questions remains whether a man who is not a shareholder
can be called an associate in a place
like The Guardian Newspapers.
Shocking revelations of the existence of a very satanic cult
working to subvert the cause of humanity from deep inside 2 of Nigeria’s previously
trusted newspapers by Paedia Express on
one hand and his founder since 2004 has left the entire newspaper world in anger
and in shock with The Punch Newspapers now registering its displeasures through
an editorial black out of the reportage of the annual CNN African Journalist of
the Year Awards for 2015 which is now obviously compromised due to the presence
of the dubious Mr Adeshina on its Judges panel.
In 2015,an unprecedented figure of at least five Nigerians
were picked for the award ceremonies slated for sometimes soon ,the first time Nigeria
will have such a mileage leading to fresh suggestions that organizers used this
to placate the Nigerian press to continue to participate in future awards after
mistakenly engaging Mr Debo Adeshina as a member of its judges panel a move
which gave Mr Abdulmumini Ireyi Adeku an avenue for a fresh wave of protest
over a forgery scam by Mr Adeshina in 2004.
It is not immediately known as at press time if CNN
International will continue to pervert justice by retaining Mr adeshina in what
is supposed to be a five years contract just like Pastor Williams Kumuyi who
continues to gallop all over the place with Mr Izeze as both were seen recently
in an event published by The Guardian Newspapers on its photo news pages of 11th
/09/2015/
It has been widely reported by the local press that Pastor
Enoch Adeboye of Redeem Chritsatin Church of God does not joke with discipline hence
Baba Kumuy’s behavior is very strange or is Adeboye’s God now different from
that of Kumuyi?.
On the 15 /09/2015 When Mr Adeku saw the Nigerian Tribune
Newspapers celebrating the success of its sport Journalist at the CNN Awards ,he
was not surprised as it had being published before by the brand couple of weeks
ago but when he discovered that The Punch Newspapers had refused to celebrate
he felt elated.
Adeku rejoices:”It is enough ,I will visit The Punch on foot
from my house to say thank you before I die but I will live forever”
On the morning of 16th of September,2015 at
around 9:45a.m,the real mood of the news room of The Punch Newspapers was
revealed exclusively to Paedia Express Multimedia .
The brand published its success in the CNN awards on page 7
of the newspaper in a low keyed manner as it refused to celebrate the two
nominees of the award on its front cover unlike in the past.
It would appear that it decided to publish the report after
it discovered that irrespective of the personal humiliation and sacrifice ,Mr
Adeku had put up in the battle for press freedom he had used the report on the CNN awards not minding that he was not
among the winners .
Mr Adeku had been left gutted in the past when
Investigations Editor of Next Newspapers ,Mr Tilley Gyado after collecting raw transcripts of the forgery scam simply
refused to publish saying that newspaper companies never investigate each other
hence had got used to fighting his own battle which was aimed at benefitting a
common good in the last 11 years or so before The Punch Newspapers
breakthrough.
In a related issue, Igbo socio-cultural group, Ekuloba
Imeobi Ebinwanne Association led by Chief Akaraka Chinweike Ezeonara, has also
thrown its weight behind the fight for press freedom by the Paedia Express Founder
in recent times.
The cultural activist warned that any effort made by the
guilty party to further tarnish the hard earned reputation of Mr Adeku will
meet with resistance from them.
He praised Mr Adeku for his vision while enjoining other
journalist worth their salt to join the campaign as if there was no free press
the anti corruption agenda of President Muhammadu Buhari will not stand the
test of time.
