The international appeal of President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria is waning and very fast,

The Daura born retired military strongman  is believed very strongly to have visited the United states of America recently as part of a wider image laundering scheme as campaigns for  the 2019 elections holding in Nigeria couple of months from now reaches  fever pitch.

Checks by The News office Desk of the E.N.M Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria suggests that the footage of the trip by the President of arguanly Africa's biggest economy was not showed live neither was it aired on the regular news bulletin of major global news brands like the CNN,B.B.C,AL JaZEERA amongst others.

This is against the usual practice in the global press in a visit of this magnitude  as that of President Emmanuel Macron of France days before was celebrated in the global press ditto Angela Merkel of Germany.

An impeccable source who monitored satellite television on the day for the coverage of President Muhammadu Buhari 's visit to the White House in Washington D.C. noted that there was a complete blanking of the report ,an indication that all was not well  even if there were official denials as always.

In a related issue,yet another source observed that Buhari's image laundering efforts to get  a White House  endorsement had failed woefully by his decision to publicly meet with Mr Donald Trump who himself may just be kicked out of office on account of bad conducts as a President.

It was learnt that the President had to rush to the rival Voice of America [V.O.A]'s Hausa services to reach out to the Northern segment in Nigeria as a compensation.
