He is a middle height man probably in his early fifties and
he has the penchant of wearing three
quarter knickers with palm sandals to match up with.
He is kind of bald because he maintains a low skin cut ,with
brown eyes, Alhaji Abdulrazaq Rafiu Otto is The National Coordinator of
SURE-P/FERMA, Federal Task Force .
His progenitors are actually said to have been the pioneers
of the area called Ijora Olaopa in Lagos just before getting to the Island.
