MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE CONTINUES IN THE NIGERIAN POLICE

NIGERIAN POLICE OFFICIALS ARE NOW BEEN ACCUSED OF FRAMING UP INNOCENT PEOPLE BECAUSE OF MONETARY REASONS

The Nigerian Police has been accused for the umpteenth time of punishing the innocent while collecting money to set free  the guilty .

Checks by Paedia Express Multimedia In Lagos,Nigeria showed that  the issue of its integrity is not been taken seriously by the Nigerian police High Command otherwise this type of situation should not be the norm.

Recently  Paedia Express  Multimedia was at the states  police command in Lagos and efforts to get to the Public relations officer proved abortive but  after much persistence and  with adequate back up and sources, it was discovered that the Nigerian police  did have things to do to clean up its image

Questions directly poised to the Chief Security Officer  in charge on the need for the police to clean up its acts  were clearly rebuffed.

The C.S.O in charge waved it off, saying it was not the  Nigerian police alone  that indulges in such practices of covering up wicked deeds of notable personality in the society.

 He  buttressed his   points by saying  that the major Public Relations Officer in charge was  not on seat, and that such matters can only be addressed by him.

He further said:” I’m not in a position to give you confidential answers to such a question, any media or press person who needs such services from us should drop their e-mail contacts with us and we will send them useful information  on matters like stolen vehicles and other related matters as to that” .

he noted “we have a production we call ‘Police Calling’ ,usually carried out on Thursdays, which is a day set aside for this purpose and also left free for press release so that press and media men can have opportunity to get reports they need.

I believe many other individuals who are aware of the recent crazy scourge in the Nigerian Police won’t find this piece funny. Everybody might want to conclude that: it’s their usual way of making things work out financially for them. But the truth is that, all the nonsense perpetrated by them must come to an end’
