Against the backdrop of calls for the restructuring of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which has pitched Northern politicians against their southern counterparts ,The Editorial and Policy Board of the E.N.M..Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria ,says no serious minded administration will have anything against restructuring as there was no state within the 36 states geographical landscape of Nigeria that is  not viable as before they were created a lot of feasibility studies were done and which were eventually used by their respective promoters to woo top government officials to assent to their creation  in line with constitutional provisions .

This medium  will help to start to showcase the economic potentials of the 19 Northern States of Nigeria,prospects /potentials and its capacity to buoy the nation's economy.

KEBBI STATE :The yearly Argungu Fishing Festival in Argungu ,Kebbi state of Nigeria can e resumed after Boko Haram has being truly ended.

The length and breadth of the River can be dredged or deepened with a lot of aqua cultural practices at play to boost the level of fishing .

Other activities like canoeing ,regatta,water sports at certain cordoned sections can be provided to stimulate the interests of the global audience and tourists from around the world.

The motor sports competition that was taken place at Argungu during the period of the fishing festivities  should also be resumed

impressive Durbar ceremonies  can also be staged at the Emir's palace during the festivities.

A lot of facelifts should also be given to the hospitality centers in Birnin Kebbi  and Argungu so as to boost the economies of scale of these epoch making events annually as guests from around the world will be available and will desire the best in hospitality.

Security:security should be intensified at this period even though the North West is largely peaceful.

Branding:Premium Advertising should be done in the media strategically to arouse the interest of stakeholders of the global media ..

SOKOTO STATE/KEBBI STATE/KATSINA STATE/YOBE STATE/JIGAWA STATE

All of these states can be used to install several hundreds of thousands of photo electric cells which can tap solar energy on an individual basis and then sell to other states in the land and even neighboring nations due to their proximity to the Sahara desert.
