11]An Express Train service between Lagos and Abuja to be launched ,this is an unhindered no stop over service train that is expected to reduce road trips of about ten hours or even more to just about 30 to 45 minutes God willing.

A highly ambitious project indeed,this should be put in place to fasten the pace of business  and decision making between the nations economic hub and its capital and administrative centre.

Express Train Service Project:

It will represent the symbol of NIgeria's industrialization as the project will be solely handled by local engineers and will not be contracted to a foreign concern save for areas we need to[N.S.E/C.O.R.E.N.]respected firms with proven track records of performance will be allowed to submit or make bids .

12]Prison Reforms:

a]Any prisoner who has spent 20 years and above in prison should be allowed to go home

b]the prisons should be a place for reforms or corrections ,it should not be a place to dehumanize a prisoner or even kill him while serving his term.

c]university's long distance program should synergize with the prisons so that prisoners can earn degrees while serving their terms

d]All prisoners earning a degree up till Phd level should be on F.G. scholarship.

e]remodeling of prisons archietcture,buildings and general maintenance so as to be in tandem with global statutes .it's hospitals ,clinics should also be well equipped with insurance policies provided for the inmates by the state.

f]all prisoners should earn a stipend while serving their terms but this should be banked for them so that they have access to it when they are released so that they can pick up the pieces of their lives   .

g]All prisoners awaiting death or on death row to have sentencing reviewed,any sentencing that has insufficient evidence or doubtful evidence should have the sentencing quashed .i.e Reverend King.

h]No more death by public execution/firing squad and hanging.

i]Prisoners who have excellent professional skills could be co-opted into the technical aid Corps to serve their final year of service abroad

j]Government should collect relief materials on behalf of the prisons ,internally displaced persons   in disaster prone areas

k]The Government should release Colonel Sambo Dasuki,Sheikh Ibrahim El Zakzaki as part of a national healing and reconciliation process,it could however restrict them to their immediate environs.

They will equally need to seek for special permission to travel outside of their home state for security reasons.

This type of clemency should also be extended to other political prisoners.

13]Government should also borrow from the economic policies of parties in the opposition if they will help to jump start the nation's economy

This medium will continue to support other state policies of the current regime if it will bouy the living standards of the average Nigerian.

All government officials should now be treated at the National Hospital in Abuja and Aso Rock Clinics,anyone travelling abroad should do so at his or her own expense.

a]aircrafts could be rented or leased if there are no existing ones available for its take -off at inception.

b]old Nigerian Airways own 2/3rd of the old Government Reservation Area in Ikeja,Lagos,Nigeria and also owns a lot of real estates in the old 19 states of Nigeria.

At least over 50,000 to 100,000 jobs could be tied to the reopening of this brand over the next decade if well managed based on our  calculations at paedia consulting

17]Goodluck Jonathan's  nomadic education  should  be re-jerked in Northern Nigeria

18]Nigeria should liase with its sporting community to set the ball rolling towards its possible hosting of major infrastructural projects like the Commonwealth Games and the 2030 World Cup project.

This project will help strengthen Nigeria's bragging rights as an industrialized nation if its local contractors play major roles with distinction.

19]Made in Nigeria's Automobile should become a priority ,foreign imports should not be rejected though.

All tiers of government to compulsorily buy the Nigerian assembled and manufactured automobiles .

20]N.Y.S.C.:Corp members should be adequately trained on the usage of fire arms before they are certificated ,this is due to the realities of the insurgency as it has become very pressing for more Nigerians to be able to use fire arms should in case of a national emergency
