Save for maturity of the Founder of The Encyclopedia Express Group ,Otcherhiwhegh Abdulmumini ireyi Adeku,a full blown war either legal or otherwise should have erupted against the person and the government of the Nigerian President ;Muhammadu Buhari.

As at 16th of March,2019,at around 8:30 P.M. in a world exclusive sting investigations on  global intelligence by The War Room and Defense Strategic Desk of the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria ,it was discovered of a fresh but deadly plot by the Nigerian government to assassinate the founder of this medium in cold blood via an ambush it was to lay in wait for him while travelling to his village Ihima in his home state of Kogi State  in the Nigerian midlands to  visit his aged mother ,siblings and other extended family members on a short vacation  while at the same time the government would have  used  the  incident  to lay blames on" imaginary gunmen.",It's the second of such an incident in four months though .This is not the first time this medium will make public efforts by the state to sponsor terror against her.

In January,2018 Otcherhiwhegh Abdulmumini Adeku escaped death by the whiskers when a Para-military officer at The Presidential wing of the Muritala Mohammed Airport in Ikeja assigned to do the job could not complete the  task due to a case of divine intervention  rather than human design.

In between that time  and now ,at least three major plots against this reporter were uncovered ,in the months of October/November,2018 alone The Nigerian reporter and businessman received four direct death threats through his brands official emails .

Sometimes this year with about 2 to 3 weeks to the polls ,sometimes in late January,2019 ,Encyclopedia Express 's  main gateway to the worldwide web or the internet was hacked by unscrupulous agents believed strongly to be at the Presidency,Aso Rock,Abuja in Nigeria. and this was reported to the Nigerian Police among other public.

In July/August,2018,this medium reported publicly and for the first time accused The Nigerian Federal Government  of deliberately laying deadly wiretaps ,drone surveillance and satellite monitors  on Otcherhiwhegh Abdulmumini ireyi Adeku. ,surprisingly none of these wave of accusations made by this medium was ever publicly denied.

By global human right values, all this spate of crimes against Otcherhiwhegh A.I.Adeku was a war crime .

In  October,2018,on the day that hell literarily visited The Saudi Embassy in Turkey and key journalist ,Jamal Khassoggi was mowed down in his prime ,about  same time in Nigeria,The Johnson's  family who are very close to Otcherhiwhegh A.I.Adeku were attacked in the dead of the night  by gunmen believed to be linked to The Presidency.

In July,2018,when a car racketeer duped  this medium to the tune of a sum of N2.2Million ,the case was duly reported  at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [E.F.C.C] but till this day the latter has refused to act on this.

In the last four years of the Buhari regime,it had used all known state resources to investigate the persons of Otcherhiwhegh A.I.Adeku  for virtually every known crime that could be listed by the laws of the land so as to use to rope the media baron into a well of criminality  en route the prisons but for divine intervention.

It is now very clear and without a doubt that Muhammadu Buhari views the person of Otcherhiwegh A.I.Adeku as a direct threat to his exalted seat instead of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar,a former Nigerian Vice President.

Infact so a political is the reporter that his names does not currently feature as a member of any Nigerian political party and neither is he listed for any of the elections in the 2019 general elections.

Panic seems to have hit The Nigerian Presidency  in Abuja,Nigeria  over the case filed by the Peoples Democratic Party  against The All Progressives Congress  on the legality or otherwise of the announced results of The Presidential elections which was conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission.[INEC]

This medium has however refused to write any editorial on the legality of the exercise  so that it does not run afoul of being accused of any forms of bias by any of the interested party's

Adeku speaks:"i am a law abiding citizen  of the Federal Republic of Nigeria ,however ,if President Buhari and any of his men attack me  physically or otherwise i will be left with no other option than to fight back in any way that i can to defend myself as the law guarantees self defense  but i will not be the first aggressor"

"i have the ambitions of joining  in partisan politics in about a decade from now ,God's willing but until then i remain in private business  and will not be encroaching except if destiny calls"

Relationships between Encyclopedia Express  or the E.N.M.Paedia Express Multimedia Group of Lagos,Nigeria have being very tensed over the last four years as the media group passed a vote-of-no confidence  on the Buhari regime for failed promises.

In terms of power balance, moral authority and territoriality, Otcherhiwhegh A.I.Adeku is not an elected representative of the people but by an act of  fate rather than by his own designs  enjoys the confidence ,respects of members of the global community,the poor Nigerian masses,the civil society groups and a tiny fragment of the mainstream media but does not command the compromised military ditto Alhaji Atiku Abubakar..

Though Muhammadu Buhari  is the duly elected Nigerian President his inability to rule with wisdom,tact and diplomacy has been his major nemesis especially as it concerned the quest for national cohesion and this accounted for a lot of votes he lost at the polls from a certain sections of the country during the recent elections.

He remains a cult figure  in his core Northern block of the nation of nine state   and has a strong foot hold of the military as its commander-in-chief .

Buhari also has some level of control over the media in the Northern block of the nation ,with the government and its core loyalists usually paying civil society groups and renting crowds to give the impressions of public approvals of its policies,The international community however  deals with  him as a matter of courtesy and bureaucracy  rather than true acceptance.

The recent postings in the Nigerian military analysts believe is due to the fear by Buhari that power might be taken away from him through the courts.

In modern day politics power comes through Monarchy ,democracy and the military and very rarely through other sources  and this will be when there is  an earthquake caused by serious political conflicts leading to a deadlock before any other thing could be arranged on  a temporal basis before the usual is returned.

Chief Ernest Adegunle Shonekan came to power on an ad hoc basis after been installed by the military after a major political conflict in the system in 1993.

Otcherhiwegh A.I.Adeku veered into the world of business as a young man at the age of 33 years  to start Encyclopedia Express not with the aim of capturing power but with the aim of doing  good journalism  and using it to make  the society in Nigeria and the world generally a better place than he met it on the 30th of September,2005.
