20]N.Y.S.C.:Corp members should be adequately trained on the usage of fire arms before they are certificated ,this is due to the realities of the insurgency as it has become very pressing for more Nigerians to be able to use fire arms should in case of a national emergency

21]Housing:500 block of flats with two bedroom complete with master bathroom and toilet ,kitchen ,and store rooms per local government area in the 774 LGA nationwide so as to help solve perennial problems.

Houses should  be distributed to government and public servants based on mortgage financial basis.

22]establishment  of a National Cooperative Bank ,this bank should liase with communal leaders under the principles of Ujamaa philosophy of Tanzania so as to help raise the quality of life nationwide.

[N.C.B]will work with local and foreign donor agencies to help raise cash which will be injected into the developments of various communal projects nationwide.

Individuals can also put their savings on a daily basis in the mould of Esusu.

23]Birth Control:

Efforts should be made to check the population growth so that the resources available can go round the people .

A couple should not have more than four children but if they decide to have more children then they will have to pay a special levy /tax to the state.

This will help to cushion up the hole that they will create if they do not pay anything to the coffers of the state.

This will only be binding on couples who just got married at the time this bill is passed into law by an Act of Parliament ,parents who adopted should never be surcharged or levied and the response to this is simple ,it is to encourage more adoptions for childless individuals who love to raise a family.

24]Establishment of a strategic  grains silo in each of the six geo -political zones ,this should help to take care of cases of famine,flooding,pest infestation on crop sedlings, and fire disasters thus necessitating a National Food Emergency .

The locations should have other forms of storage of crop devices  like cribs,barns,smoking,drying,sunning,drying,sunning,refrigeration/freezing,salting of food crops amongst others.

25]a deep rooted Nigerian and African cultural display once in a year at the ancestral home of the Ndi Igbos in Nri .

It should involve masquerades from Yoruba land,emn involved in Durbar festivities from Hausa -Fulani emirates in the North.

It should be showed nationwide and globally by the NTA with all the private television stations mandated to hook up by the National Broadcasting Corporation [N.B.C]as a matter of Corporate Social Responsibility [C.S.R]

It should hold yearly on the anniversary of the day.

This will ensure that problems associated with poor health ,malnutrition warded off.
