1]compulsory demonstration and commercial farms in each local government area nationwide and this should be at about 50 -100 hectares, it should be administered by the local governments in conjunction with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture ,as Marketing boards are expected to be put in place so as to create and look for a market to source for consumers and interface with clients both at home and abroad

About 500,000 jobs are likely to be created in this manner

2]Bretton Woods sisters[I.M.F/The World Bank Group ]officials are expected to join up with officials of the Bank of Industries,Bank of Agriculture to format a common front to help resuscitate companies who are long out of business.

3]Government to rebuild the old Federal secretariat in Lagos,rebuild other F.G. structures,long abandoned in Lagos.

This should then be given out to local businesses and its owners who have spent not less than 10 years trading by mortgage financing ,rents and lease arrangement.

This should help to alleviate poverty, support businesses ,cut overheads amongst others.

4]Establish a National Maintenance Commission [N.M.C]which should be backed up by an act of parliament  as this agency will help to put up all government facilities in top shape at all times.

An example is the National Stadium ,Lagos,NIgeria which is now a public toilet

5]Government should insist on at least 40 to 60 percent of our commodities flooding the global market ,we can use our mileage in the E.C.O.W.A.S. and A.U. to achieve a head start.

6]Julius Nyerere's Ujamah policy should be taken very seriously here in Nigeria ,communities should form cooperatives to carry out laudable initiatives while not waiting for the government in any form except if the latter decides to intervene.

7]50 percent scholarship should be awarded to an Igbo child over the scars of Biafra,this will knock off the effect  the fight for secession and for future referendum as Nigeria will never divide.

8]Nuclear Physicists ,local engineers to help launch Nigeria's next phase of industrialization with relevant experts sent to NASA on training in the U.S.A.

Other areas of focus will be in space science/astronomy and military engineering with the activities of the Nigerian Defense Industry Corporation in Kaduna being expanded.  

9]From now on,The Nigerian Society of Engineers [N.S.E]and the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria [C.O.R.E.N.]to have a right of first refusal on projects before they were outsourced to foreign contractors.

Existing project agreement with foreign concerns to continue but they will have to carry relevant local contractors along in the scheme of things.

10]regime should form a government of national unity to douse tensions over the electoral results ,25 to 30 percent of juicy positions to be conceded to the opposition in the interest of one Nigeria.

11]An Express Train service between Lagos and Abuja to be launched ,this is an unhindered no stop over service train that is expected to reduce road trips of about ten hours or even more to just about 30 to 45 minutes God willing.

A highly ambitious project indeed,this should be put in place to fasten the pace of business  and decision making between the nations economic hub and its capital and administrative centre.
